My body, my care in 3D
Taking care of your own body includes knowing it, respecting it and knowing that nobody has the right to touch it or look at it in a way that makes you…

Explained for every age
For kids (7–11)
Your body belongs to you and it is precious. You have the right to feel safe, to say "no" when something makes you uncomfortable and to tell a trusted adult about anything that worries you. If something strange ever happens, it is never your fault.
For teens (12–16)
Taking care of your own body includes knowing it, respecting it and knowing that nobody has the right to touch it or look at it in a way that makes you uncomfortable. In this zone you will learn the private parts rule, the difference between surprises and secrets, how to choose trusted adults, what consent is and why every body deserves respect. Asking for help is always a good decision.
Pre-Med (17+)
Body safety education is a primary prevention strategy against child sexual abuse. It relies on girls and boys recognizing their private parts by their correct names, telling apart touches and secrets that make them feel bad, identifying a network of protective adults and knowing that they should tell what is happening. Most abusers know the child (relatives, family friends, caregivers), so the message is not "beware of strangers" but "tell someone you trust about any situation that makes you uncomfortable". In Chile, the law requires public officials and health and education workers to report these acts.
